Win $200 Gift Certificate With Haddon Township Holiday Promotion

Maybe there is a silver lining after all with a poor economy, where the winner seems to be us, the consumer.

In an effort to spur spending in local towns, Haddon Township has joined the effort to jump start their local business economy by launching a promotion called "Shop Local, Get Lucky" this holiday season.

The idea behind the promotion is to have you frequent any of the 50  (participating) businesses in the township between now and Dec. 4. By doing so, you will be entered to win a $200 gift certificate.

In all, a total of $10,000 worth of gift certificates will be awarded after a random drawing during the township's Christmas parade, which is normally held every year on the first Friday in December.

NOTE: gift certificates will be awarded for specific businesses and can only be redeemed at that location.

That means, 50 lucky people will win a gift cetificate when you shop in Haddon Township.

Participating businesses (50)  include hair salons, bakeries, tax preparation services, retailers, restaurants, grocery stores, a yoga studio, furniture stores, photography studios, chiropractic offices, coffee shops and automotive shops.

So if you are ready to start your holiday shopping and want to get some thing back in return, head on over to Haddon Township and spend, spend spend.
