Back by popular demand, Collingswood is bringing back its Cash Holiday promotion aimed to put Collingswood Cash in your pocket.
Starting Nov. 23, customers will get an additional $10 (voucher) for every $50 worth of Collingswood Cash purchased.
The voucher is similar to a gift certificate which can be used at any Collingswood borough business.
To sweeten the promotion further, many businesses will additionally offer discounts to shoppers using Collingswood Cash to pay for goods or services.
Normally Collingswood does runs the Collingswood Cash all year, but the bonus cash is offered only during the holiday season.
Collingswood Cash can be purchased at Borough Hall, 1st Colonial National Bank and Sun National Bank. You can purchase a maximum of $500 worth of Collingswood Cash.
Collingswood Cash certificates have no expiration date, but bonus cash must be spent before March 31

To give you an idea of how popular the promotion has been, last year, when the vouchers were first introduced, they sold out in days, prompting the borough to extend the promotion. The second batch sold out in just hours.
